DELIVERY / PICK UP /  SHIPPING 

 

We offer FREE PICK UP from our store, you can find our location an the bottom of the page. 

 

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm, excluding holidays.

All orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt, though processing times may vary depending on merchandise availability.

All orders are fulfilled in Philadelphia, PA.

Orders received on weekends, holidays, or after 1 p.m. EST will be processed the following business day.

 

After placing an order, you will receive confirmation of the order, payment confirmation, and shipment confirmation with the order's tracking number.

You can check the status of your order at any time.

 

Orders over $49 qualify for FREE SHIPPING (please select Free delivery when checking out) 

 

At the moment we ship within the United States, PO Boxes, including Alaska and Hawaii. 

We do not ship internationally.

 

RETURN

 

You have one (1) week from the date of delivery to return the order.

The products can only be returned at the customer's expense in the ORIGINAL UNOPENED packaging  and with the documents that came with the parcel within 1 (one) week.
