The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and (under certain conditions) disclose your personal information. The Privacy Policy also explains the steps we have taken to protect your personal information. Finally, the privacy policy explains your choices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information. By visiting the site directly or through another site, you accept the practices described in this policy.

The privacy policy applies to the site. The Privacy Policy does not necessarily apply to any offline collection of your personal information. Please see the details below.

We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any non-USA APTEKA website that USA APTEKA links to or links to USA APTEKA.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION

When you visit USA APTEKA or send email to us, you contact us electronically. You agree to receive communications from us electronically. We will contact you by email or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with the legal requirements that such communications be in writing.

COLLECTION AND USE OF INFORMATION

1. Collection of information.

We collect information in several different ways on this site. One of the purposes of collecting your personal information is to provide an efficient and personalized service. For example, we may use your personal information to:

- make the site easier for you so that you don't have to enter information more than once.

- help you quickly find information, products and services.

- create content that is most relevant to you.

- notify you about news, products and services that we offer.

(a) Registration and Orders.

Before using certain parts of any site or ordering products, you must complete an electronic registration form. During registration, you will be asked to provide us with certain personal information, including but not limited to your name, shipping and billing address, phone number, email address, and credit card number. This personal information is used for billing purposes, to fulfill your orders, to contact you, and for internal marketing purposes. If we encounter a problem processing your order, your personal information may be used to contact you.

(b) Email addresses.

Several pages on the site allow you to enter your email address, including but not limited to: registering for contests or sweepstakes; notifying you of new brands, new variations and product sizes; or subscribe to newsletters and special offers from USA APTEKA. Your participation in a contest or sweepstakes is completely voluntary, so you have the choice of whether you choose to enter or disclose information to us. We use this information to notify competition winners and award prizes. We may post on the site the names and cities of the winners of contests and sweepstakes. By entering a contest or sweepstakes, you may opt-in to receive newsletters and special offers to your email address and this will be stated in the official rules governing the contests or sweepstakes.

(c) Cookies and Other Technologies.

Like many sites, the site uses cookies and web beacons (also known as clear GIF technology or “action tags”) to speed up site navigation, identify your profile and access rights, and track site usage.

(i) Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored as text files by your Internet browser on your computer's hard drive. Most Internet browsers are initially set to accept cookies. You can set your browser to refuse cookies from websites or delete cookies from your hard drive, but if you do this you may not be able to access or use some parts of this site. We must use cookies to enable you to select products, add them to your online shopping cart and purchase those products. Thus, we will keep a record of your activity on the site and your purchases. SITE COOKIES DO NOT AND CANNOT ENTER THE USER'S HARD DISK TO COLLECT PRIVATE INFORMATION. Our Cookies are not "spyware".

(ii) Web beacons assist in the delivery of cookies and help us determine whether a web page on the site has been viewed and, if so, how many times. Any electronic image on the site, such as a banner ad, may function as a web beacon.

(iii) We may use third-party advertising campaigns to help tailor site content to users or to serve ads on our behalf. These companies may use cookies and web beacons to measure the effectiveness of advertising (for example, which web pages are visited, which products are purchased and how much). Any information these third parties collect through cookies and web beacons is not linked to any personal information collected by us.

(iv) For example, Facebook collects certain information using cookies and web beacons to determine which web pages are visited or which products are purchased. Please note that any information collected by Facebook through the use of cookies and web beacons is not linked to the customer's personal information collected by us.

(d) Log files.

Like most websites, the server automatically recognizes the Internet URL from which you access the site. We may also log your Internet Protocol ("IP") address, Internet Service Provider and date/time for system administration, order verification, internal marketing and system troubleshooting. (The IP address may indicate the location of your computer on the Internet).

(e) Age.

We respect the privacy of children. We do not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of 18. By using the Site, you warrant that you are either 18 years of age or that you are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. If you are under the age of 18, please do not provide us with any personal information and rely on the assistance of a parent or guardian.

(f) Product Reviews.

You can leave a review about the product. If you submit a review, we will ask for your email address and geographic location. If you leave a review, your geographic location will be visible to other users (your email address will be kept private). In addition, any personal information you provide as part of a review may be read or used by other site visitors. We are not responsible for any personal information you choose to provide in your review. We believe that you can provide useful feedback without disclosing any personal information.

2. Use and disclosure of information.

(a) Internal Use.

We use your personal information to process your order and provide services. We may use your personal information internally to improve the content and layout of the site, to improve reach and for our own marketing strategies (including marketing our services and products to you), and to determine general information about site visitors.

(b) Contacting You.

We will use your personal information to contact you about the site and your orders and deliveries. In addition, we may send you a registration confirmation by e-mail. We may send you notices in rare cases where this is necessary (for example, if we need to temporarily suspend our service for maintenance). In addition, you may provide your email address for reasons such as registering for contests and sweepstakes; receive notifications about new brands, new variations and product sizes; subscription to email newsletters and special offers from the USA APTEKA website. If you submit your email address, we use it to deliver information to you. We always allow you to unsubscribe or opt out of future emails (see the "Unsubscribe" section below for more details). Because we must communicate orders to you, you cannot opt out of receiving emails related to your orders.

(c) External use.

We want to provide you with excellent service and offer you a great choice. We do not sell, rent, license, or otherwise disclose your personal or financial information to anyone, other than:

(i) Like most directories and online stores, we sometimes use others to perform specific functions on our behalf. Disclosure of certain information to these service providers is necessary in order to help them perform their services. For example, in order to deliver products to you, we must provide some information. We partner with third parties (such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx) to ship products, to ensure delivery, and so we can get feedback, improve our quality of service, and measure and improve the quality of a third party's service. In the shipper's example, we provide them with some personal information such as your name, shipping address, email address, and phone number.

(ii) Similarly, in order to help you purchase products, we must provide your credit card number to financial services corporations such as credit card processors and issuers. When we send your credit card number for authorization, we use state-of-the-art data encryption to protect your information.

(iii) We may disclose such information in response to requests from law enforcement officials conducting investigations; subpoenas; court statements; or if we are required by law to disclose such information. We will also disclose personal information when disclosure is necessary to protect our legal rights, enforce our terms of use or other agreements, or to protect ourselves or others. For example, we may share information to reduce the risk of fraud, or if someone is using or attempting to use the site for illegal reasons or to commit fraud.

(iv) We will not sell personal information to other companies in the normal course of our business. However, it is possible that we may acquire or merge or be acquired by another company, or that we may dispose of some or all of our assets. If this happens, your personal information may be disclosed to another company, but such disclosure will be subject to the privacy policy.

(v) We may share non-personal information (such as the number of daily visitors to a particular webpage or the size of an order placed on a particular date) with third parties such as advertising partners. This information does not directly identify you or any user.

(vi) We may publicly disclose the name, city, and state of winners of contests and sweepstakes.

DATA SECURITY

The Site includes physical, electronic and administrative procedures to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information, including Secure Sockets Layer (“SSL”) for all financial transactions through the Site. We use SSL encryption to protect your personal information online, and we take steps to protect your personal information within our institutions. Access to your personal information is restricted. Only employees who need access to your personal information in order to perform a specific job are given access to your personal information. Finally, we rely on third party service providers for the physical security of some of our technical facilities. We believe that their security procedures are adequate. For example, when you visit a website, you access servers that are stored in a secure physical environment behind an electronic firewall.

DISCLAIMER / CORRECTION

At your request, we will (a) correct or update your personal information; (b) stop sending emails to your email address; and/or (c) disable your account to prevent future purchases through that profile. You can make these requests by emailing info@usaapteka.com. Please do not write your credit card number or other confidential information.

AUTONOMOUS COLLECTION, USE AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

As you might expect, most of the information we collect is through the site, and this privacy policy applies only to the online collection of personal information. We may also collect information offline, where we also attempt to protect the privacy of your personal information. One example includes calling us to place an order or get answers to questions. When someone calls, we only ask for the personal information we need to place an order or answer a question. Another example includes faxes. If you send us something by fax, we will act on it and then either store it in locked storage or destroy the fax if it is not necessary to keep the information. There are other ways to learn personal information offline (for example, suppose someone can send us an email, including return address information), and this policy does not discuss or attempt to predict all of these methods. As we have already mentioned, we will endeavor to treat offline information collection, use and disclosure in accordance with relevant online practices.

PRIVACY POLICY UPDATES

If we change or update our privacy policy, we will post the changes and updates on the site so you are always aware of what information we collect, use and disclose. We encourage you to review the privacy policy from time to time to see if it has been changed or updated.

If you have any questions about the privacy policy, please contact us at info@usaapteka.com.
