About 10 g (1.5 tablespoons) of St. John's wort is placed in an enamel bowl, poured into 200 ml (1 glass) of hot boiled water, covered with a lid, heated in a boiling water bath with occasional stirring for 15 minutes, cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, filter, the remaining raw material is squeezed out. The volume of the resulting infusion is adjusted with boiled water to 200 ml.
It is taken orally in a warm form, 1/2 cup 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals. The course of treatment is 2-3 weeks.
For rinsing, use 1/2 cup of warm infusion 3-4 times a day. The course of treatment is 5- 10 days.
It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.
During treatment, UV radiation should be avoided (including solarium, UV lamp, prolonged exposure to the sun).
