Melissa herb is a traditional phytotherapeutic remedy. Phytochemical analysis of the herb Melissa officinalis revealed a large number of synergistically acting bioactive compounds, including flavonoids (quercetin, rutin), rosmarinic acid, gallic acid, etc., which have powerful antioxidant properties.
