About 9 g (2 tablespoons) of chamomile flowers are placed in an enamelware container, and 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water is poured over them. The container is covered with a lid, heated on a boiling water bath for 15 minutes with periodic stirring, cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, strained, and the remaining raw material is pressed. The volume of the obtained infusion is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.

The infusion is taken orally, in warm form, 2-3 times a day before meals. The recommended dosages are as follows: adults and children over 12 years old - 2-3 tablespoons, children aged 7 to 12 years - 1-2 tablespoons, children aged 3 to 7 years - 1 tablespoon, children under 3 years old - 1 teaspoon.

For mouth and throat rinses, half to one cup of warm infusion is used 3-5 times a day. For rectal administration, as a microclyster, 50 ml of warm infusion is introduced into the rectum 1-2 times a day. It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.
