1. Infusion: Pour 2 tablespoons of chopped raw materials with 1 cup of boiling water. Infuse in a thermos for 6 hours. Strain. Bring boiled water to the original volume. Add baking soda to the tip of a knife. Take warm, 0.5 cup 2 times a day.

2. Infusion: Pour 2 teaspoons with the top of chopped vegetable raw materials with 1 cup of boiling water, cover, and leave for 10 minutes. Take warm, 0.5 cup 2 times a day.

3. Infusion: Pour 1/2 teaspoon of chopped vegetable raw materials with 1 cup of boiling water, cover, leave for 15 minutes, strain, squeeze, take 1/2 cup for adults 2 times a day with meals. Use as a dietary supplement.

4. Decoction: Mix 2 tablespoons of leaves with 3 tablespoons of honey, pour 0.5 liters of dry white wine and boil for 10-15 minutes over low heat. Strain. Take 100 grams 3 times a day before meals.
